Do you only work with behavioral health practices?
No. Much of our practice work has been with psychiatric nurse practitioners, counselors and therapists, but the same website, hosting, communications and IT work applies to any independent outpatient practice.
Can you set up or manage our EHR, billing or scheduling?
Those systems are best served by your EHR vendor, biller or scheduling platform, and we work alongside whichever ones you choose. Our focus is the website, hosting, communications, phone, security and IT decisions around them.
Is the website HIPAA compliant?
A marketing website does not usually handle protected health information, and we design it so it does not. Where a form, email or phone setup could touch patient information, we configure it with HIPAA-aware defaults and tell you what remains your responsibility.
Can you take over a website someone else built?
